JJ Savani is a British session stylist, grooming director and educator based in Wellingborough, England. He began in hair at fifteen and trained through Vidal Sassoon and the London School of Barbering. His work spans editorial, fashion and campaign hair across Dubai, Paris and London Fashion Weeks, including as Stylist for Zegna at Dubai Fashion Week. He serves as Global Grooming Director and Pageant Judge for Mrs India Worldwide 2026.
Over two decades in the industry, his work has been featured in GQ India and across international stages, competitions and trade platforms. His styling work includes Divine for the GQ Most Influential Style Awards and Yuvraj Singh at the Wimbledon finals — bookings built on positioning and network rather than genre expertise; JJ has said openly he doesn't follow cricket. He was named one of the Top 5 Educators at the Modern Barber Awards 2024, and has sat on the main judging panel — online and in person — for the Modern Barber Awards India (2024, 2025, 2026) and the Professional Beauty India SNAP Awards (2024, 2025). Alongside the craft, he has held senior learning and development roles across healthcare and recruitment, and holds an MBA and a degree in psychology.
In 2018 he founded The Global Stylist Blueprint — private and referral-only for industry peers until opening to the public in 2025 — to teach barbers, hairdressers and colourists the route into international work: the route he had to reverse-engineer himself. His book, POSITIONED, sets out the full method — one chapter per stage of the GSB Ascension Method.

It takes barbers, hairdressers and colourists from salon work into international session, editorial and fashion week careers: weekly one-to-one mentorship with entry to in-person events worldwide included.
